All new Sky Tech clients are given 90 days of FREE telephone technical support. In addition, we continue to compile online resources for your use and reference.
Telephone support beyond 90 days is provided for individuals by credit card and for business via open invoice. Our minimum charge for telephone technical support is just fifteen dollars and represents a per-quarter hour rate. Issues resolved very quickly are often done at no charge. Equity and value are the guiding principles for all our support work.
